Lab #3

Chrysanthemums are of the genus of the same name and are native to Asia and northeastern Europe.

Angel's trumpet is a nickname for the genus Brugmansia, native to subtropical regions of South America. Is a hallucinogen, but you probably shouldn't try it out.

Pot marigold is part of the genus Calendula and is native to southern Europe.

A cherry blossom is the flower from any tree of the genus Prunus. Another common name us "sakura", the Japanese name. It's also their national flower and if you watch anime you'll see them in every single opening/ending sequence ever.

Hickory trees are from the genus Carya and everyone has heard of it because of the nursery rhyme "Hickory Dickory Dock".
